Swimming Coach | 6th November 2017
Bronagh Marley has been around swimming pools since her first lesson at the age of 1. Since then she has progressed through the sport, swimming for the Gold Squad at Sydney’s Carlile Swimming Club. While achieving state and open state levels in the pool, her main event was the 5km open water, achieving top ten in both Australian age and open national competitions from the ages of 13-18. Since retiring from competitive swimming she maintains a deep passion for the sport, going on to coach both learn to swim and squad levels at her former club in Sydney, achieving ASCTA qualifications in all learn to swim levels and competitive strokes. Since joining Sport for Life in August of last year, Bronagh has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know all her swimmers and hopes to inspire in them a long term love for the water.
